Bernice Gladys Baldwin

Bernice grew up on the Baldwin farm at Starbuck, left school after Gr. XI, taught school on a permit, then took a business course on Winnipeg, working for room and board. She also worked as a steno and did other office work for Prudential of London, Arctic Ice and Trans-Canada Air Lines. After marriage in 1950, she worked in various business office, in particular, Great West Life, retiring in 1983. Bernice enjoyed dancing and movies and her hobbies were knitting, crewel work and crocheting. After retiring, she took up bridge, took a computer Microsoft course, and now has the disease called "Family Trees".
